Das Gebäude und die Wohnung wurden erst letzen Monat fertiggestellt und sind nagelneu. Das Zimmer liegt in Marzahn und ist ideal an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden (2min Fußweg zu zur Tram Station Landsberger Allee/Blumberger Damm). Direkt neben der Wohnung befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, bio Märkte. Das Zimmer ist ca. 25 Quadratmeter groß ruhig und sehr gemütlich. Möbiliar ist komplett vorhanden in Form eines Ikea Bettes mit zwei Schubläden, welches auch zu einem Doppelbett ausgezogen werden kann, einem großen Ikea Pax Schrank mit Inneneinrichtung, sowie einem Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl. Die Küche ist nagelneu und umfasst einen Induktionsherd. Auch das Bad ist groß und neu renoviert. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden.

The building and the apartment were just finished last month and are brand new. The room is located in Marzahn and is ideally connected to public transport (2min walk to the streetcar station Landsberger Allee/Blumberger Damm). Directly next to the apartment are numerous shopping facilities such as Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, bio markets. The room is about 25 square meters large quiet and very cozy. Furniture is completely available in the form of an Ikea bed with two drawers, which can also be extended to a double bed, a large Ikea Pax wardrobe with interior, as well as a desk and office chair. The kitchen is brand new and includes an induction stove. The bathroom is also large and newly renovated. Washing machine and dryer are available.
Sehr angenehme Mitbewohner, welche alle einen akademischen Hintergrund haben. Entweder Studenten oder neu Absolventen und berufstätig. Alle achten auf die Privatsphäre und rauchen/trinken nicht bzw. machen kein Lärm oder Party.
