Nachdem unsere beiden Kinder ausgezogen sind, haben mein Mann und ich jetzt etwas zu viel Platz in unserer Wohnung.
Wir bieten ein möbliertes Zimmer in der 7. Etage mit sonnigem Ausblick. Das Zimmer hat etwa 12 m². Unsere Wohnung besteht aus insgesamt 5 Zimmern. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen 2 Badezimmer, eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Balkon zur Verfügung. Wir sind Nichtraucher und Rauchen ist in der Wohnung und auf dem Balkon nicht erwünscht.
After our two children moved out, my husband and I now have a little too much space in our apartment.
We offer a furnished room on the 7th floor with a sunny view. The room has about 12 m². Our apartment consists of 5 rooms in total. For common use there are 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a balcony. We are non-smokers and smoking is not allowed in the apartment and on the balcony.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Berlin Marzahn, Nähe Marzahner Promenade, mit Anschluss an S-Bahn, mehrere Tram- und Buslinien. Auch Radwege sind in der Umgebung reichlich vorhanden, einen Fahrradkeller haben wir auch.
The apartment is located in Berlin Marzahn, near Marzahner Promenade, with connections to S-Bahn, several tram and bus lines. There are also plenty of bike paths in the area, and we also have a cellar for bicycles.
Wir bieten eine familiäre Atmosphäre, wo wir gelegentlich zusammen kochen und essen oder uns unterhalten können. Auch wenn Matthias teilweise von zu Hause arbeitet, sind wir beide sehr viel unterwegs, so dass jeder seinen eigenen und teilweise sehr flexiblen Tagesablauf hat.
Wir sprechen Englisch und unterstützen gerne beim Deutschlernen.
We offer a family atmosphere where we can occasionally cook and eat together or talk. Even though Matthias works partly from home, we are both on the road a lot, so we each have our own and sometimes very flexible daily schedule.
We speak English and are happy to assist in learning German.
