There is a washing machine and a dish washer in the apartment. And a piano!
The apartment has huge windows with spectacular panoramic views (on the 6th floor, there is an elevator). It is stylishly decorated (50's) and has a beautiful atmosphere.

The apartment building is located right where Berlin's most popular districts meet: Mitte, Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain - which are all reachable within a few minutes.
U5 (Strausberger Platz) and bus stations are very close.
Alexanderplatz is just a 15 minute walk away. Lovely Volkspark Friedrichshain is in walking distance.
Supermarkets and a few bars and restaurants are located nearby, as is the Kino International.
I am a writer, working from home.
My dog Lucy is very cute and friendly. She is excited about everything.
Preferably non-smokers who are not allergic nor afraid of a small dog.
