We live on the 4th floor. The flat has a big living room with an integrated kitchen. There is a lot of space and also many possibilities to rest. Your room is placed in the rear part of the flat with another small room which can be used by you, for example as a walk-in garderobe.
The room has direct access to one of the balconies and much light. We have chandeliers in the flat, the nicest one is in your room and creates an exceptional atmosphere.

Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock (mit Fahrstuhl!) und hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche.
Sie bietet viel Platz, aber auch Raum, um sich zurückzuziehen.
Dein Zimmer wäre im hinteren Bereich der Wohnung, mit einem angrenzenden Raum, der als begehbarer Kleiderschrank hauptsächlich von Dir genutzt werden kann.
Dein Zimmer hat einen direkten Zugang zu einem der Balkone und damit auch ausreichend Licht. In der Wohnung hängen Kronleuchter, wobei Dein Zimmer den schönsten hat und eine wirklich imposante Atmosphäre schafft.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage - 5 Minuten Fußweg zu Edeka,
Aldi, Biomarkt - 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Ostbahnhof - 10 Minuten Fußweg
zum Kotti - 10 Minuten joggen zum Landwehrkanal
oder
15 Minuten zum Berghain, 10 Minuten zum Holzmarkt und in 10 Minuten bist Du mitten im pulsierenden KreuzKölln

I'm Max Gunnar and I would describe myself as adventurous and open-minded. I would like to live in a common space with a good flow, where we take care of our common well-being.
Home is for me a place to find peace. I'm open for joint activities like cooking, evenings with friends or sport.
I want neither a community only based on function, nor a party space but a good balance with a mutual trust.
I'm a business-psychologist, consulting leaders, but also a yoga-teacher and often meditating.
At the moment I'm in a status of new orientation.
I like being active, playing tennis and beach volleyball and cooking vegan food.
Furthermore, I'm part of the burner-community and I always find new things that inspire me and turn my life upside down.
Twice a month we have support from a cleaner. For the rest of the time, I would appreciate that we care about order and cleanliness.
Three years ago I rent this flat with a very good friend, who will now move to his girlfriend. There is space for new ideas, so the flat can be developed and arranged new by the two of us.

Ich bin Max Gunnar und würde mich als unternehmungslustig und weltoffen beschreiben.
Für das gemeinsame WG-Leben wünsche mir, dass der Flow stimmt, Dinge offen angesprochen werden können und wir aufeinander achten.
Zu Hause ist für mich ein Ort zum runter kommen und Ruhe finden, deshalb wünsche ich mir in der Wohnung ein gewisses Maß an Friedlichkeit.
Wenn es passt, bin ich offen für gemeinsame Aktionen wie kochen, Abende mit Freund*innen oder auch Sport.
Ich möchte weder eine Party- noch eine Zweck-WG, sondern eine gesunde Balance, in der die Vertrauensbasis stimmt.
Als Wirtschaftspsychologe, berate Führungskräfte, bin aber auch Yoga-Lehrer und meditiere viel.
Momentan befinde ich mich in einer Phase der beruflichen Neu-Orientierung.
Ich bin gerne aktiv, spiele Tennis, Beachvolleyball oder koche gern veganes Essen.
Außerdem bin ich Teil der Burner-community und finde ständig neue Dinge, die mich begeistern und mein Leben neu auf den Kopf stellen.
Wir bekommen zweimal im Monat Unterstützung von einer Reinigungskraft.
Für den Rest der Zeit wünsche ich mir, dass wir gemeinsam auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit achten.
Vorr drei Jahren bin ich zusammen mit einem sehr guten Freund hier eingezogen, der nun mit seiner Freundin zusammen zieht. Da er einiges mit genommen hat, ist Platz für neue Ideen. Die Wohnung kann von uns gemeinsam gestaltet und weiter entwickelt werden.

Es handelt sich um eine besondere Wohnung die es in der Art und Weise sehr selten gibt und daher auch ihren Preis hat.
Ich weiß, dass der Preis für ein Zimmer sehr hoch ist, aber owohl wir zusammen leben, hat jeder seinen eigenen Space und Du hast auch das Gefühl alleine zu Wohnen.
Die Miete wird übrigens fair 50/50 geteilt, ich bereichere mich nicht.
Aus meiner Sicht eine win win win Situation die entstehen kann und man bekommt eigentlich mehr Platz im Vergleich zu einer zwei Zimmerwohnung, die in Berlin mittlerweile auch teuerer ist.
