Ich biete ein Zimmer in meiner WG zur Zwischenmiete an, verfügbar für nur einen Monat, vom 03.10. bis 03.11. Das Zimmer ist groß und hell, ausgestattet mit einer bequemen Ledercouch, einem Flat-Screen-TV, einer 120x200 Matratze mit Lattenrost, einem Regal und mit Zugang zum Balkon. Leider habe ich kein aktuelles Foto mit Bett und neuem Fernseher, am Samstag kann ich neue Bilder machen und auch Besichtigungen oder Videorundgang sind ab Samstag möglich.
I'm offering a room in my shared apartment for a short-term sublet, available for just one month from October 3rd to November 3rd. The room is spacious and well-lit, furnished with a large leather couch, a flat-screen TV, a 120x200 mattress with a bed frame, a shelf, and access to the balcony.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer zentralen Lage in Berlin Mitte/Moabit und ist hervorragend an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und es gibt viele Geschäfte und Annehmlichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.
The apartment is centrally located in Berlin Mitte/Moabit and is excellently connected to public transportation. The main train station is just a 20-minute walk away, and there are plenty of shops and amenities in the vicinity.
Du wirst dir die WG mit zwei Mitbewohnerinnen teilen. Bitte beachten: Die Küche kann nicht genutzt werden! Es steht lediglich ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Flur zur Verfügung.
The shared apartment has two female roommates. Please note: The Kitchen can not be used! Only a small refrigerator is available in the hallway.
