The room is a cozy 14m2 space with a window to the innehof with a beautiful wall full of plants as a view. All the furniture will remain in the room as I am not the owner(I'm the additional Tennant). There's a desk which can't be seen in the photos.

Das Zimmer ist ein gemütlicher 14m2 Raum mit einem Fenster zum innehof mit einer schönen Wand voller Pflanzen als Blick. Alle Möbel werden im Zimmer bleiben, da ich kein Besitzerbin(sondern Nebenmieter). Schreibtisch gibt es auch,aber im Foto kann nicht gesehen werden.

In the heart of the city (Berlin Mitte), the location could not be better. Oranienburgerstrasse S-bahn and tram at the door and the 3 minutes away.lovely district with many bars and restaurants and lots to unpack

Im Zentrum des Stadtzentrums, die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Sbahn und Straßenbahn vor der Tür und die 3 Minuten entfernt. schöne Stadtteil mit vielen Bars und Restaurants und viel zum Auspacken

You'll live with Thomas, who is german and about 61 years old. He spends most of his time in South America, so you have the whole apartment to yourself for most of the year, which is nice. He is still here for approximately until the end of october,so you'll be able to meet him.

Du wohnst bei Thomas, er ist Deutscher und etwa 61 Jahre alt. Er verbringt die meiste Zeit in Südamerika, sodass man die meiste Zeit des Jahres die ganze Wohnung für sich alleine hat, was schön ist. Er ist noch ungefähr bis Ende Oktober hier, sodass man ihn treffen kann.
Miscellaneous information
I am leaving this place soon , but Thomas is looking for somebody clean, responsible with payments, and easy-going. He smokes in the kitchen so you shouldn't have a problem with that. You can smoke if you want in your room or in the kitchen, no problem. Let me know if you have further questions.
