Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (2 Schlafzimmer + 1 Wohnzimmer) in toller Lage in der Nähe des StraubergerPlatzes Uban vom 08.11.2023 - 16.02.2024 unter. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert.
Es gibt einen separaten Schreibtisch mit externem 24 Zoll Monitor, Bett mit Laken und Decke. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es gibt ein Wohnzimmer, TV, Couch.
Vor der Haustür finden Sie Cafés, Bars und Restaurants und Sie erreichen die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu Fuß in weniger als 5 Minuten, 10 Minuten bis zum Ostbanhof Bahnhof. Ebenso der nächste Edeka, 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Ich suche eine respektvolle Person, die sich bei mir zu Hause fühlt. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Singles.
Die Miete beträgt 720 Euro (alles inklusive) pro Monat und wird bei Teilmonaten nachts geteilt. Da die Wohnung voll möbliert ist, verlange ich auch eine Kaution von 650 EUR, die Sie am Ende zurückbekommen, wenn Sie die Wohnung im gleichen Zustand wie vorher übergeben.
Rauchen ist in der Wohnung verboten (nur auf dem Balkon). Keine Haustiere.
Die Wohnung ist vom 08.11.2023 bis zum 16.02.2024 verfügbar (wer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst). Da es sich um eine Untervermietung handelt, ist eine Anmeldung nicht möglich.

I'm subletting my room in a 3 room apratment (2 bedroom + 1 living room) at a great location near StraubergerPlatz Uban from 08.11.2023 - 16.02.2024. The flat is fully furnished.
There is a separate working desk with external 24 inch monitor, bed with sheet and blanket. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a living room, TV, couch.
Outside the doorstep you'll find cafes, bars and restaurants and you'll reach public transport by foot in less than 5mins, 10mins to Ostbanhof Station. Same for the nearest Edeka, 5mins by walk.
I'm looking for a respectful person that feels at home at my place. The flat is ideal for singles.
The rent is 720 euro (all inclusive) per month and will be split by night for partial months. As the flat is fully furnished I'm also asking for a deposit of 650 EUR that you'll get back in the end after handing over the flat in the same condition as before.
No smoking inside the flat (only on the balcony). No pets.
The flat is available from 08.11.2023 - until 16.02.2024 (first come first serve basis). As it is a sublet, so Anmeldung won't be possible. Confirmation is on first come first serve basis.

Apartment is very near to UBan StrausbergerPlatz station. By foot it takes hardly 5mins. AlexanderPlatz is also very near.
