We are subletting one room in our beautiful and friendly 4 room WG from the 3.12.23 until the 04.02.24, while I travel home for a few months.
Rent is 650€ per month warm (€1300 for the entire period).
The room is about 20m2 and faces the street, It is simply furnished with a bed (140 x 200), shelving & clothes rack as you see in the pictures.
The apartment is in a great and easily accessible location in the heart of Mitte, close to the U8 and U1/3 and a 8min walk to Rosenthaler Platz.
It is surrounded by a lot of cute bars and restaurants on a beautiful part of Torstrasse. Super close to Frea Bakery, The Sanctuary and Brasserie TorBar.
The apartment is on the fourth floor of a beautifully renovated Altbau with a great view over mitte. It has one full bathroom & seperate WC + large kitchen.
As this is a shared home with 3 other beautiful, fun people, we would like to find someone easy going and respectful of our home. Your flatmates will be Nick, Valentin and Laura (22-28).
