The apartment is on the 6th floor, has 3 bedrooms (1 of which would be yours), 2 bathrooms (you can use either), 1 storage for washing machine/cleaning supplies, 1 kitchen/living room, and a huge balcony. The apartment was built less than 10 years ago and is very modern.
The apartment is in Central berlin and is very accessible by bike and public transport (U2 and U8)

Hey! I have been living in Berlin for 4 years now & am going away for travels from January to March. Apologies for not uploading proper pictures in this ad yet, these were the only ones i had so far in my camera roll. I want to sublet my room for this time. The apartment is very spacious and has a beautiful balcony (as in picture). Its in a very safe modern building with an elevator, & is in the center of berlin so you can get to any part of the city very easily. Its honestly one of the nicest apts I’ve seen in Berlin in terms of location and facilities/safety. You would be sharing the flat with two other people (both are wonderful!).
