Looking for a roommate to share my beautiful apartment overlooking Arkonaplatz. It's a lovely large flat with a big eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge, large back-hof balcony with a view of the television tower, and a bathroom with bathtub and washer. High speed internet ready and already included in Nebenkosten.
Room is about 14sqm with a large window overlooking the park. Can be furnished or unfurnished (right now it's my bedroom, as in the picture, but can have a desk/couch/bed for you).
7 minute walk to the u8, couple blocks from multiple trams. Edeka on the block, and lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. Also has the weekend markets at Arkonaplatz and Mauerpark in close proximity.
I moved in not too long ago, and have loved living in this flat, but it's both too big and too expensive to live in alone! Would love to find someone relaxed, responsible, clean, etc. to share the space with.
I cook a lot, and happy to eat together or share a beer or glass of wine whenever convenient. Definitely looking for open communication, and the rest we can figure out.
I like the keep things pretty clean, though I'm not militaristic. Although I'm very empathetic to my roommates sound needs, I do like to listen to music and am not always asleep by midnight, so someone a bit copacetic of this would be ideal. I would also prefer not to have a full-time remote worker (I've not enjoyed this in the past, but it's not a 100% dealbreaker if your life is outside of the flat too). I do eat meat, but am fine keeping that outside the flat, vegan not as much.
Current lease is until June. Anmeldung might be tricky, but not completely off the table. I'll be gone on and off through the winter, so either my room would be open or I might sublet that too (rent is brutal, y'know). Would love to chat and meet before the holidays. Could also move in a bit earlier too if you'd like!
