12 m² room with huge bed and a "small" cupboard (2mx0,5m). The room has a heating device and some space to put personalia on. The two windows give view to an Innenhof, which makes the room very quiet. The apartment contains 2 rooms, one which is taken by my dear female italian flatmate. Both rooms are next to each other and lead to the kitchen. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, a small fridge, a washingmachine and a gas stove as well as an oven. All which is needed for cooking is provided for. On the other side of the kitchen is a small corridor which gives access to the bathroom/toilet, the entrance door and on the other side the living room. The living room has two big windows with view on a park, the living room gets quite some sunlight. The living room contains two sofas and a rocking chair, as well as a bluetooth installation for music.
12 m² großes Zimmer mit riesigem Bett und einem „kleinen“ Schrank (2mx0,5m). Der Raum verfügt über eine Heizung und etwas Platz zum Abstellen von persönlichen Gegenständen. Die beiden Fenster geben den Blick auf einen Innenhof frei, was den Raum sehr ruhig macht. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern, eines davon wird von meiner lieben italienischen Mitbewohnerin bewohnt. Beide Räume liegen nebeneinander und führen zur Küche. Die Küche verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler, einen kleinen Kühlschrank, eine Waschmaschine und einen Gasherd sowie einen Backofen. Für alles, was zum Kochen benötigt wird, ist gesorgt. Auf der anderen Seite der Küche befindet sich ein kleiner Flur, der Zugang zum Bad/WC, zur Eingangstür und auf der anderen Seite zum Wohnzimmer bietet. Das Wohnzimmer hat zwei große Fenster mit Blick auf einen Park, das Wohnzimmer bekommt viel Sonnenlicht. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich zwei Sofas und ein Schaukelstuhl sowie eine Bluetooth-Installation für Musik.
Situated near to Rosenthaler Platz, it is quite central. There's a REWE around the corner, a Dönershop and bank around the other corner. Many parks around the house as well.
In der Nähe des Rosenthaler Platzes gelegen, ist es recht zentral. Um die Ecke ist ein REWE, um die andere Ecke ein Dönerladen und eine Bank. Viele Parks rund um die Wohnung.
My female italian flatmate is living with me, but sometimes goes to different places in Europe for a couple of days. Works a lot, we live in parallel but enjoy the occasional chat. Sometimes theres a bit of a queue for letting your clothes dry, but we manage. There aren't that many parties, but dinners are usually held with our friends.
Meine italienische Mitbewohnerin teilt die WG mit mir, reist aber manchmal für ein paar Tage an verschiedene Orte in Europa. Sie arbeitet viel, wir leben parallel, unterhalten uns aber ab und zu. Manchmal gibt es eine Wartezeit, bis unsere Kleidung trocknen lassen können, wir schaffen es aber in der Regel. Es gibt nicht so viele Partys, manchmal Abendessen mit unseren jeweiligen Freunden
I'm in between jobs and will be travelling for at least 2 months. I'll be back around mid-march, could be later. I need someone to take over my rent till then. I will leave my bedlinen (2 sets), as the bed is huge and these sizes are tough to find. There is a very limited amount of space to store stuff, but i'm leaving an empty cupboard. I will need the room when I'm back, so this is more of an inbetween solution for you, to find another place in Berlin or just enjoy the city for a couple of months.

Ich befinde mich zwischen zwei Jobs und werde mindestens zwei Monate unterwegs sein. Ich werde etwa Mitte März zurück sein, möglicherweise später. Bis dahin brauche ich jemanden, der meine Miete übernimmt. Ich werde meine Bettwäsche (2 Sätze) zurücklassen, da das Bett riesig ist und diese Größen schwer zu finden sind. Der Platz zum Aufbewahren von Sachen ist sehr begrenzt, aber ich lasse einen leeren Schrank zur Verfügung. Ich werde das Zimmer brauchen, wenn ich zurück bin, daher ist dies eher eine Zwischenlösung für dich, um eine andere Unterkunft in Berlin zu finden oder einfach ein paar Monate lang die Stadt zu genießen.
