We’re looking for a new, sweet flatmate as the current one is sadly moving out.
The room is in a great flat which was renovated not long ago, and it will be rented partially furnished (the bed eg. will stay)

5 minutes to U8 Weinmeisterstraße or Rosenthaler Platz
10 minutes to S-Bahn Alexander Platz or Hackescher Markt
Rewe, Edeka and Netto are very close by, plus some Spätis, nice bars and restaurants.
WG-Leben
People currently living in the flat are: Me :) I'm Lisa, I'm 24 years old and from Germany. I love trying new food and cooking (for me and others), Yoga/sports and knitting - with all three things I always appreciate some company ;) I came to Berlin for an internship and right now I'm spending a lot of time on job hunting. Also I'm really into traveling and trying new exciting things:)
Then there's Luca is 26 and from Italy. he's a big Harry Potter and Bojack Horseman fan, likes parks, sunsets, going out, foreign languages and a lot more. At the moment he's trying to write his Master's thesis, though it's not going so well ouch.
Finally Gilian, he’s 25 and from Germany. He likes coffee and is very keen on boats. He works at home remotely and has recently started a Bachelor’s in Economics here in Berlin.
In the flat we have a perfect balance between living our own lives and sharing moments together. We can be both party people as well as lazy sloths. We go about our business going out with personal friends as well as spend time together with deep chats, drinking tea, occasionally cooking something together and listening to music.
We really share a lot in the flat, nice moments but also material stuff, and this works only because we are very relaxed and respectful towards each other.
We are looking for a respectful and clean (!!!) person to whom we can connect and preserve the nice vibes in the flat :). This is NOT a Zwecks-WG, so we would love to find a social and open person, who's down for spending time together once in a while

also the person leaving the room is going to charge 100€ for the furniture of the room and common areas
Ps. Unfortunately the building doesn’t have a lift!
