Hello, ich biete ein schönes helles und vor allem großes Zimmer in zentraler Lage Badstraße, direkt an der U8 und U9, mit Park, Kanal und Bibliothek direkt nebenan. Der S Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen ist auch 6min zu Fuß zu erreichen und da fährt dann die Ringbahn, S1, S2, REs und so weiter.

Was mir wichtig wäre: Ein grüner Daumen, Sauberkeit :), Rauchen nur außerhalb der Wohnung.
Meine Mitbewohner sind sehr herzliche Menschen und freuen sich immer über Leben im Haus :) Joscha hat Biologie, Spanisch und Lehramt studiert und jobbt gerade, bis er ins Referendariat geht. Und Janko - sein Bruder - arbeitet beim Denkmalschutz und macht eine Ausbildung zum Schreiner.
