Wir suchen auf eine vierte Person für unsere WG Nähe Potsdamerplatz.
Das Zimmer ist in gutem Zustand und möbliert, mit helligem Fenster und aussicht auf ein Paar Baüme. Es ist ruhig und die Wohnung ist ziemlich schallisoliert.
Zur WG gehören eine Küche und ein Esszimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon für ein sonniges Frühstück (wenn die Sonne scheint, wer weiß), ein Bad und extra Toiletten.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet.

We are looking for a fourth person in our flatsharing near Potsdamerplatz.
The room is nice and furnished, with a bright window looking out to a few trees. It is quiet and the flat itself is rather soundproof.
The shared space includes a kitchen and dining room, a large living room with a balcony for sunny breakfasts (if there is sun, who knows), a bathroom and extra toilets.
The whole appartment is furnished with everything needed.
Die Wohnung is nur ein Paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Tiergarten, und 10 Minuten von Potsdamerplatz, wo es Ubahn, Sbahn, und viele Geschäfte gibt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig mit vielen Museen und Konzerthallen, und es ist direkt im Zentrum der Stadt, das heißt es ist ziemlich einfach, jeden Ort zu erreichen. Es git auch mehrere Busse.

The appartment is within a few minutes walk from Tiergarten for some greenery, and 10 minutes walk from Potsdamer Platz where there are metro, Sbahn, and a lot of shops. The area is very quiet with a lot of museums and concert halls, and it's right in the center of the city so quite easy to reach any place. There are also several bus lines colseby.
Diese Wohnung war schon lange eine WG, aber es gibt eine plötzliche Erneuerung, so ist hier die Menschen, die Sie mit leben würde:
Nakoul (25) studiert Sport und Event Management und spielt Fussball. Er kommt aus Indien und chillt gerne oder geht gerne spazieren.
Annika (19) studiert Songwriting in Berlin. Sie kommt aus der Schweiz und spricht Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch. Sie mag Sport, reisen und natürlich Musik. Ein ruhiger Sonntag mag sie auch gerne mal.
Fabrice (28) is gerade in Berlin angekommen, um in eine Klimaforschungs Institut zu arbeiten. Er kommt aus Frankreich, spielt gerne Klavier, und kocht Saisongemüse die er dann mit Käse ertränkt als Wiedergutmachung. Er würde sich freuen, über Politik, Grün Sachen und irgendwas anderes zu reden und etwas über deine Kultur zu erfahren.
Wir suchen ein Mädchen (um Gleichheit zu bewahren) in ihren 20ern. Wenn du interessiert bist, kannst du gerne eine Nachricht hinterlassen, und dich vorstellen :)

This flat has been a flatshare for a while, but there is a sudden renewal, so here is the people you would be living with:
Nakoul (25) is studying Sports and Event Management and plays football, he comes from India. Likes to chill sometimes, workout, walks, etc.
Annika (19) is studying songwriting in Berlin. She comes from switzerland and speaks german, english and french. She likes sports, travelling and music of course but also likes a chill sunday at home.
Fabrice (28) just arrived in Berlin to work as a researcher in climate sciences. He comes from France, likes to play the piano and cook some healthy seasonable vegetables then drown them in cheese to compensate. He'd be happy to chat about politics, green stuff, and whatever else, and to hear about your culture.
We are searching for a girl (to maintain parity) in her 20s, and who is interested in living with us, sharing some time when we feel like it, and possibly a drink or a dinner.

Die Miete beträgt 700€ inklusive allem (Warmmiete, Nebenkosten, Internet, ...). Kaution: 700€. Ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage kann zusätzlich angemietet werden.
Wir haben einen Putzplan für die Reinigung, damit wir machen alle unseren Teil, aber nicht zu streng.
Anmeldung ist möglich und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett.

The rent is 700€ including everything (utilities, internet, ...). Deposit: 700€. Parking space in the underground garage can be rented additionally.
We have a cleaning schedule so that everyone do their share, but nothing to uptight.
Registration is possible and the landowner is really nice.
