Das Zimmer befindet sich im 5. OG einer Aufgesetzten Wohnung und wurde vor 4 Jahren neu von uns bezogen. Es ist 36 m² groß und hat einen 3 m² großen Balkon. Es hat große Fenster nach Osten, Süden und Westen und ist somit den ganzen Tag mit Licht durchflutet. Das Zimmer kann mit Rollläden komplett verdunkelt werden.
Im Zimmer befinden sich ein 1,60 m breites Bett, ein Spiegel, ein Ess- und ein Schreibtisch, eine Kommode, ein elektrisch höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch sowie ein Sofa und ein Fernseher. Die komplette Möblierung ist im Mietpreis enthalten.
Die Küche bietet alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Sie verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, zwei Kühlschränke und einen Toaster.
Das Bad ist ein helles, geräumiges Tageslichtbad mit Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung.
Die beiden Mitbewohnerinnen nutzen zum Wäsche aufhängen den Balkon mit.

The room is located on the 5th floor of a top-floor apartment and was newly occupied by us 4 years ago. It is 36 m² in size and has a 3 m² balcony. It has large windows facing east, south and west and is therefore flooded with light throughout the day. The room can be completely darkened with shutters.
In the room there is a 1.60 m wide bed, a mirror, a dining table and a desk, a chest of drawers, an electrically height-adjustable desk, a sofa and a TV. The complete furnishing is included in the rental price.
The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. It has a dishwasher, microwave, two fridges and a toaster.
The bathroom is a bright, spacious daylight bathroom with washing machine. Underfloor heating provides warm brine.
The two flatmates hang up laundry on the balcony. The room is let with a subletting agreement. The all-inclusive rent for the room is 700 € (incl. internet, GEZ etc.).
Die Wohnung in der Wolgaster Straße liegt direkt an der Bernauer Straße, einem geschichtsträchtigen Ort, der durch die Geschichte der Berliner Mauer geprägt ist. Zwischen den Bezirken Prenzlauer Berg, Gesundbrunnen und Mitte gelegen, zeichnet sich die Umgebung durch eine vielfältige Infrastruktur aus. Zahlreiche internationale Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich der Mauerpark, der für seine lebhaften Flohmärkte, Open-Air-Karaoke und entspannte Atmosphäre bekannt ist. Auch die Kastanienallee bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Shoppen und Ausgehen.
Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist hervorragend, der U-Bahnhof Bernauer Straße ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Die U8 bringt Sie schnell zum Gesundbrunnen, Rosenthaler Platz, Alexanderplatz und weiter nach Kreuzberg oder Neuköln. Mit der M10 ist man in 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. In der Gegenrichtung fährt sie bis zur Warschauer Straße.

The flat on Wolgaster Strasse is located directly on Bernauer Strasse, a place steeped in history and characterised by the history of the Berlin Wall. Located between the districts of Prenzlauer Berg, Gesundbrunnen and Mitte, the neighbourhood is characterised by a diverse infrastructure. Numerous international restaurants, cafés and shops are within easy walking distance. Mauerpark, which is known for its lively flea markets, open-air karaoke and relaxed atmosphere, is in the immediate vicinity. Kastanienallee also offers many opportunities for shopping and going out.
The public transport connections are excellent, with the Bernauer Straße underground station just a 3-minute walk away. The U8 underground line takes you quickly to Gesundbrunnen, Rosenthaler Platz, Alexanderplatz and on to Kreuzberg or Neuköln. The M10 takes you to the main railway station in 10 minutes. In the opposite direction, it goes as far as Warschauer Straße.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen heißen Isi und Giorgia.
Isi ist 28 Jahre alt und hat gerade ihren Master in Green Energy Economics abgeschlossen. In ihrer Freizeit macht sie einen Segelkurs und genießt die Stadt.
Giorgia schreibt gerade ihre Masterarbeit und arbeitet nebenbei beim Axel Springer Verlag. Sie kommt aus Parma in Italien und tanzt gerne Ballett.
Wir verstehen uns alle sehr gut und unternehmen ab und zu etwas. Die WG ist also nicht als Zweck-WG gedacht. Allerdings entspricht das Zusammenleben manchmal schon einer solchen, da wir alle viel unterwegs sind oder am Schreibtisch sitzen und auch mal für mehrere Tage oder Wochen die Stadt verlassen.

Your future flatmates are Isi and Giorgia.
Isi is 28 years old and has just completed her Master's degree in Green Energy Economics. In her free time, she takes a sailing course and enjoys the city.
Giorgia is currently writing her Master's thesis and works part-time at Axel Springer Verlag. She comes from Parma in Italy and enjoys dancing ballet.
We all get on very well and socialise from time to time. So the flat share is not intended to be a functional flat share. However, living together is sometimes like that, as we all travel a lot or sit at our desks and sometimes leave the city for several days or weeks.
