Das WG-Zimmer ist ca. 28.qm groß und hat an zwei Seiten große Fenster sowie zwei Dachfenster und dadurch super hell (aber nicht heiß im Sommer). Es ist mit hochwertigen Möbeln (Bett, großer Schrank, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Lampe, Holztruhe, Teppich, Vorhänge) ausgestattet, d.h. man kann sofort einziehen und sich wohlfühlen. Da das Zimmer so groß ist, ist aber trotzdem noch Platz für ein paar eigene Möbel und Deko, so hatte ich es auch gemacht.
Das Zimmer befindet sich zusammen mit zwei weiteren Zimmern, Küche und Bad in einem kleinen Einfamilienhaus/Remise im Hinterhof mit Garten. Wirklich tolle Location, um den Sommer zu genießen!
The room is 28 sqm and has windows on two sides plus two ceiling windows, which makes it super bright (but not hot in summer). It comes with high quality furniture: bed, big cupboard, sofa, desk, chair, lamp, wooden storage box, curtains, carpet. As the room is really spacious, the room is big enough to add your own furniture, that's what I did.
The room is one of three rooms plus kitchen (dishwasher, rice cooker, airfryer etc.) and bathroom (with washing maschine) in a small house in a backyard/garden. Lovely space especially in summer!
Die WG liegt im ruhigen Hinterhof in einer wunderschönen Straße in idealer Lage in Mitte zwischen Rosenthaler Platz (U8) und Nordbahnhof (S-Bahn). Die Tram ist 3 Minuten entfernt, den Supermarkt erreicht man in 5 Min. fußläufig, nette Cafés, Restaurants und Bäckereien sind schräg gegenüber und überall im Viertel zu finden. Auch am Hauptbahnhof ist man in unter 10 Minuten mit der Tram.
Die WG liegt an einem begrünten Hinterhof, der nur für uns zugänglich ist, ideal für einen Kaffee, Dinner, Homeoffice.
Die Miete liegt bei 895 € (inklusive WLAN)plus 100 € Nebenkosten pauschal (d.h. garantiert ohne Nachzahlung). Anmeldung ist möglich.
The WG is located in the backyard in a beautiful street in Mitte between Rosenthaler Platz (U8) and Nordbahnhof (S-Bahn), the tram station is 3 mins away.
Supermarkets are at 5 mins walkiung distance, lovely cafés, restaurants and bakeries are across the street or everywhere in the area.
The WG has its own cosy green backyard/garden, nice for coffee/dinners/homeoffice.
Rent is 895€ (including WIFI) plus 100€ costs for heating/water. Anmeldung is possible.
Du wohnst zusammen mit Tallia und Rob, beides goldige Menschen Mitte zwanzig zwischen Ende Studium und Job.
Tallia arbeitet und studiert im sozialen Bereich, Rob produziert neben seinem Job im Software-Bereich auch Musik.
