Hello guys!
I'm leaving for 3 months, and my beautiful room in Berlin is looking for a new tenant.
It’s possible I’ll be away for longer and I will extend the contract, if you need more time in the room!
I wrote that the room is available starting from the 15th of January, but if you need it earlier just tell me, cause it's already free!
The room is 24 sm, exactly in front of the U-bhan and S-bhan station of Jannowitzbrücke, just 5 minutes by walking by Alexander Platz! It has a big window overlooking the spree, and a lot of natural light will make your Berliner winter days less dark and short, you'll love it!
The rent price is 599€ per month (plus 550€ for the deposit, which you'll get back when I come back home if everything is all right)
everything is included (Internet connection, gas, electricity, etc...).
***VERY IMPORTANT***
I have some plants, I need a person who will give them water and love regularly

The location is super, we are just in front of Jannowitzbrücke train station, which means that just crossing the street you can catch the U8, U5, S5, S7, S9 (straight connection to the Airport). And with a walk of 7 minutes, you are in Alexanderplatz and there are connections to everywhere!
You have everything close to you, supermarkets, cinemas, clubs, parks, the Spree, Alexa, Saturn...
You can reach every place just with a kurzstrecke (3 stations from Kottbussertor, 3 stations from Eberswalderstr, 2 stations from Warschauerstrasse) what can you ask more?!?
You will share the flat with Martina, a swiss girl who speaks Italian, English, and German, and Verena, a German who speaks German and English.
We like to spend time together inside and outside the flat but we also have our private life and our moments when we just want to enjoy our space. Anyway, we are always happy to cook together and to share a glass of wine or a coffee.
We like to keep the flat orderly and clean. For this to work, we call on everyone's good sense to pick up a broom and get cleaning when it's necessary and let clean after using the kitchen or the toilet 🙂 Besides that we also have a cleaning plan for major interventions once per week.
Martina works as a designer and is interested in photography, art, and contemporary dance.
Verena works in management, she is new in Berlin and is looking forward to exploring the city.
They like to have friends at home for dinner or for a drink but they always care to don't annoy the other people in the flat (or in the building) when they have guests!
The room is big, with a lot of space, a big sofa, a big big windows and a lot of natural light! But you also have a black curtain, if the sun is a problem when you want to sleep!
Please remember that in Germany it's not allowed to download video and music and we would get in trouble if you do it!
