we offer a 15 sqm room, furnished, all inclusive (bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, internet, electricity, gas, water, heating), from now unlimited or limited.
Non smokers only, no pets, no cupples, please.
With dish cleaner and laundry machine.
Closest stations are "Norbahnhof" (S1, S2, S25) and Bernauer Str (U8). Very next station is TRAM "Gedenkstätte Berliner Mauer".
The room is very beautyful, light and sunnny and quiet.
There live two nice guys, working in business administration and computer science.
Both like travelling and practising different sports and I like to listen different kinds of music and to go to different cultural events.
You should be clean at least once a week.

Hallo,
wir haben spontan ein Zimmer ab sofort frei. Es ist voll möbiliert und kann be- oder unbefriristet gemietet werden. Es ist groß ca. 15 qm gross, hell und ruhig.
Die nächste Station ist "Bernauer Str" (U8) oder Nordbahnhof (S1,S2,S25). Die Tramhaltestelle "Gedenkstätte Berliner Mauer" (Tram M10) ist zu Fuß in 6 Minuten erreichbar. In der Gegend gibt es nicht sehr viele Bars und Restaurants, aber einige Kneipen, einen kleinen Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke, etc. und die Verbindung nach Mitte, Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain ist hervorragend.
Die Mitbewohner aus Brasilien und Frankreich arbeiten in der IT Branche, beide reisen gerne und treiben unterschiedliche Sportarten.
Das Zimmer kann ab sofort besichtigt werden sagt bitte kurz per Mail bescheid, dann schicke ich die genauen Daten.
Bitte nur Nichtraucher.
Mit Wasch und Spülmaschine.
Bis jetzt hat es immer gut ohne Putzplan geklappt, wir putzen trotzdem ca. ein Mal pro Woche und wünschen uns auch jemanden der es genauso hält.
