Das Zimmer steht von September bis Februar zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist möbliert. Da die Wohnung sich im Dachgeschoss befindet, ist sie hell und ruhig. Ganz wichtig: Absolut Nichtraucherwohnung.
The apartment is very well located in a nice neighborhood full of stores, restaurants, cafes, art galleries and trendy clubs. Public transportation is around the corner: Metro station "Rosa Luxemburg Platz" Metro U2, Bus 142 and Tram 8.
Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe von U Rosa Luxemburg Platz (U2, Bus 142, Tram M8). Alexanderplatz und Hackescher Markt sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
The apartment is very well located, you will have countless possibilities to go out and have fun. The living room is big and has enough space for everyone. It is a shared apartment for young people who are open minded and would like to enjoy Berlin. Keeping things clean and tidy is very important, specially toilet and kitchen.
Die WG ist für junge Leute, Studentinnen oder Praktikantinnen die Lust haben Berlin zu entdecken aber die auch ein Ziel in Berlin vor Auge haben. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer ideal für Filmeabende oder zusammen etwas trinken und auch ein Essbereich mit einem großen Tisch mit Platz für sechs. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Ausgehen und Spaß zu haben. Sauberkeit und Ordnung in den gemeinschaftlich benutzten Bereichen sind natürlich wichtig damit man sich wohl fühlt.
The room is available from September 1st until February. It is only possible to rent the room starting September (not possible starting October!).
