wollen gerne ein WG-Zimmer nachvermieten.
Wir wohnen in eine 125qm 3er-WG in Mitte.
Das Zimmer ist komplettmöbliert. Das Zimmer ist durch eine Tür geteilt zum Schlafbereich und Arbeitsbereich.
Das Living und die Küche befinden sich beide in einen grossen Raum.
Um die Wohnung zu besichtigen bitte Kurz eine Nachricht hinterlassen.
We want to rent one room. The private room is about 16sqm big and is partitioned through a door into a sleeping area and a living/working room, which enables privacy and a good sleep. The room is facing the inner complex garden, which serves for quietness although being extremely central. The living room and the kitchen are in one big space.
3 of my roommates are living in the 125sqm apartment and are very friendly.
kitchen, bathroom, private room, WiFi. We have a cleaning plan and sometimes a cleaning lady that cleans up Every few weeks.

Eine extrem zentrale Lage.
U2 und U6 sind beide 1-2 Minuten entfernt zur Ubahn station Stadtmitte. Von hier aus ist Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Prenzelberg und Charlottenburg, alle 15-20 minuten entfernt da wir eine sehr zentrale Lage haben.
Kaiser's Supermarkt ist gleich gegenüber und Lidl ist 3 Minuten zu Fuss.
Checkpoint Charlie und Gendarmenmarkt sind 2-3 Minuten entfernt und Friedrichstrasse ist eine Minute entfernt.
An extremely priviliged central location.
U6 and U2 underground lines are 1-2 minutes away. The station is called "Stadtmitte"
Checkpoint Charlie and Stadtmitte station are 2 minutes to reach and the supermarket is accross the street (1 minute. Another supermarket also 3 minutes away. Laundry services is also across the street in case needed.
The beautiful Gendarmenmarkt is about 4 minutes walking distance that has a variety of restaurants with diverse cuisines.
You are going to be 1-minute walking distance from Friedrichstrasse, one of the main shopping streets in Berlin.
You are going to be 15-20 minutes away with the underground from all the key districts in the city that you should be visiting from Neukölln, Kreuzberg to Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain.
Wir kochen gerne und kickern auch gerne. Ab und zu haben wir auch Freunde bei uns. Wir arbeiten alle in dr Internet Startup Szene.
