After getting hundreds of mails here I have to precise what I'm looking for :
-only one person
-no party people
-someone with a normal job, no home office, at least not every day
-someone who goes to sleep early (10,maximum 11 during the week)
-someone who has no problem with a bit coldness in the apartment, it's an old building with old windows and high ceiling, so it can be a bit chilly, especially at night.
-absolute cleanliness is a must
-if you have a dog it's a big plus

Hey, I´m renting out a nice room in a really good location. It´s free from Oktober 1 and till end of April.
It is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, wardrobe and desk. The kitchen has a big window and great lightning, and is fully equipped for any cooking. The bathroom has a shower, wc, etc.
Tolle Lage, ruhige Nebenstraße, nicht weit von der Spree und dem Tiergarten. U Bahn ca. 700m entfernt. Von da eine Station bis Zoologischer Garten. Großer Edeka Supermarkt nur eine Straße weiter. 3 Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bis Hauptbahnhof mit dem Bus auch nur 10 Minuten. S Bahn Stationen Bellevue und Tiergarten(Stadtbahn) können auch zu Fuß erreicht werden, von da ca. 10 Minuten bis Alexanderplatz.
Naturnah und doch zentral: Die Wohnung befindet sich in ausgesprochen attraktiver Lage im beliebten Berliner Stadtteil Moabit im Bezirk Mitte. Unweit der malerischen Spree, nur einen Steinwurf vom Tiergarten mit seinen weitläufigen Grünflächen entfernt und doch absolut zentrumsnah gelegen, besticht diese Lage mit dem Besten aus zwei Welten!
Mitten im Geschehen. Hier binden Sie der nahegelegene Bus- und U-Bahnhof “Hansaplatz” sowie der U-Bahnhof “Turmstraße” an den öffentlichen Personennahverkehr an, eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich zusätzlich fast vor der Tür. The apartment is located in Moabit, Mitte. the area is wonderful, close the Tiergarten and Spree, perfect for jogging or just enjoying the nice views. there are several small cafees and restaurants around. Supermarket around the corner. the street is very calm, quiet and safe.
Close to two u- bahn stations, just few minutes walk. and then one stop to Zoologischer Garten. S train staion 12 minutes walking, from there just 4 stops to Alexanderplatz. Three bus stops just a minutes from the building.
Nur ich wohne hier, Küche und Bad müssen also nicht mit vielen Personen geteilt werden, was vieles einfacher macht. Ich wohne seit 15 Jahren in Berlin, seit 9 Jahren hier in der Wohnung. Bin eher ruhig, aber trotzdem immer gerne auf ein Schwätzchen in der Küche oder gelegentliche Spieleabende zu haben. Ansonsten bin ich gerne und oft draussen unterwegs, bevorzugt in der Natur, Fahrrad fahren, wandern, schwimmen. Mache regelmäßig Yoga, Koche gerne, spiele Tischtennis, Fotografiere, lese gerne und spiele ab und an Gitarre (nicht besonders gut ;))
There is only one other person living here, me ;) So kitchen and bathroom are shared only by two people which makes things easier.
I live in Berlin for 15 years now, moved from a small village two hours from here. I´m a calm and relaxed guy and easy to get along with.
I like bike riding, traveling, reading, yoga, swimming, board and card games, table tennis, cooking and playing guitar (don´t worry, when my flatmates are at home I don´t play late at night or early in the morning haha)
