Good people of the post coronian apocalypse!
togehter came a german and greek man to overcome hostility and capitalism. for that they assamble from time to time in the kitchen, drink and eat, sometimes smoke and solve all world problems in their weird minds! the food has no owner just the last yogurt/ pizza in the fridge can be called dips upon! apart from that divide at impera your life. Be happy to share and happy to not. there is time for all of that in our unlimited, cute, shared apartment!
The room is at a raised ground floor so no one can look inside and you don't need to walk stairs. win win! additionally, the windwos goes out to the rear yard which is completly calm except for a weird lady laughing her ass of from time to time :D. Moabit is a village after all, just with some younger people as well. And YES the room is kind of small, but otherwise everything would be to good to be true!
There are some furntiure you could use if needed, but not a lot! the picture is how it might look if you have good taste ;)
Moabit is very central and extraordenary adorable! except for the fancy party spots in Kreuzberg/ Neukölln, everything is kind of near. Tiergarten, Wedding, mainstation, parks and as Berlins biggest island its sorrunded by the uncrowded Spree riparian.
In 7 min you are at U Birkenstraße U9, in 10 min at U9 Turmstraße with many Busses (TXL, M27, 187 ....).
Their are grocerys with toiletpaper around, and many lovley closed Bars und Cafés! ;)
we both lost our sidejobs and a flatmate to the crises (just moved out ;) and are now reinventing ourselfs as artists and idiots. that covers the spectrum i guess.
apart from that, as i mentioned at the beginning, we value the time we have together (and with you) and also value our space. we often fail to be tidy even though we both feel the urge to be. any motivation from yourside is much oblidged! balance is as so often key!
the text is already to long and no one is reading that. so send us your worst characterisation of yourself. Be anything but boring! (I'll have the announcment online the whole day, so you could take your time with the answer. I'll read it and I'll reply even if negative)
So write us for a visit or a skype call (we prefer the first, but yeah, virus and stuff). we are free to see you this friday and saturday from midday on and will decide on sunday!
