Your furnished room is on the first floor of the duplex with shared bathroom. It includes a working desk, 180x200 bed, and a small wardrobe for clothes. Our other flatmate lives downstairs with a separate bathroom.
Longer-term is definitely possible.
There's a living room and small kitchen on the ground floor. The laundry machine inside is also downstairs.
We like a friendly, considerate, quiet environment with space to do your thing. We'd like someone who does their dishes, takes out the trash, and rotates on some minimal house duties. We don't have a dishwasher.
The room pictured is similar to the one below but the desk is smaller, wardrobe is different.
Proof of income and 2 month deposit required.
There is no storage unfortunately.
For benefit of everyone, we don't have guests sleep in living room but they are welcome to stay with you in your room.
No smoking inside the apartment.
No subletting or breaking the contract.
No animals. No couples.
The password to show you have read this is "Harry Potter." I didn't actually read the book :p
