There are 2 bedrooms in the flat.
Besides your room, the other one we rent out (if you have an account on Airbnb it's a big plus), and you'll get a percentage of the income (how much depending on who finds the tenants, and the reviews).
ABOUT THE PLACE:
Tidy, beautiful, fully furnished place (it's better than the pictures).
It's located in a good quality building with an elevator.
Big flat screen smart TV, Internet, and cable + Miele kitchen.
I love this area.
Technically it's Mitte.
Otherwise, it's between city (Wittembergplatz / Kudamm) and green (Tiergarten).
So you get the best of both worlds.
Plus, it's in a smaller, one-way-only street which makes the room super quiet as well.
The "sightseeing" buses 100 and 200 run at both ends of the street (2 minutes to the 200, 4 minutes to the 100), taking you straight to Alexanderplatz and further to Fschein.
Wittembergplatz (U1, U2, U3 and bunch of buses) with Kudamm at walking distance (around 550 meters), Zoologischer Garten with S Bahn at 2 bus stops (but you can walk there, I always do: it's a beautiful walk ).
Tiergarten and Bikini Berlin with Monkey Bar nearby, aquarium as well and the embassy district starting here (Korean embassy very near).
Albeit it's right beside Bayreuther Straße, it's on a smaller one-way street, which means that both rooms as super quiet.
I'm a writer, author, coach, and run an online e-learning business, and I'm always moving around.
99% I won't here the whole period of this offer.
However, in the off chance I'll be back for some time, I'm the type of flatmate who "does his thing" and I'm always working in my room, listening to some audiobooks, or doing some exercises.
Sometimes I also enjoy opening a wine with the food.
