We have a room available in our cozy 3-bedroom apartment, complete with 2 bathrooms, 2 fridges, and a large balcony.
I'm currently looking to rent out the room for a period of 2 to 4 months initially, with the possibility of extending, depending on future plans for the apartment.
The room is 14 square meters in size, and please note that it may appear slightly smaller in the pictures compared to its actual size. The apartment is conveniently located in Mitte, just next to the Schwartzkopffstraße metro station (U6). The room comes fully furnished, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The apartment is newly built, and we take pride in keeping it neat and tidy. We appreciate a clean living environment and expect our future roommate to share the same sentiment.
We welcome all kinds of people to join our home! If you happen to love sports like beach volleyball or cycling, or have an interest in Public Health, Politics, or startups, that's a bonus!

I am currently returning to my home here in Berlin from my winter stay in the Canary Islands. Joining me is Giovanni, a 24-year-old from Italy who recently relocated to Berlin and is working in a startup environment. .

Traveling to new destinations and immersing myself in different cultures is a source of great pleasure, and having lived in Australia, Colombia, and Spain, I have gained valuable insights and experiences that have broadened my horizons.
During the week, I tend to keep a low profile as I have a demanding work schedule. However, on weekends, I like to unwind and socialize by going to bars or clubs and catching up with friends. I believe in finding a balance between work and leisure, and I appreciate the lively social scene that Berlin offers.
When it comes to living in a WG, I believe in maintaining a good balance between personal space and shared experiences. While I'm not looking for a new family, I'm also not seeking a roommate who keeps themselves locked up in their room all the time. I value a friendly and sociable atmosphere where we can have occasional interactions and engage in activities together.
I also respect the need for privacy and understand that everyone has their own routines and preferences. It's important to have a comfortable and peaceful environment where everyone can relax and recharge after a long day.
We would value a fun, vibrant, outgoing, and motivated individual who is as independent as we are. We appreciate someone who enjoys socializing and is open to occasional shared meals or drinks. It's important to us that people living here are responsible, punctual with bill payments, considerate, respectful, and maintain cleanliness and tidiness.
