Die ganze Wohnung wurde mit einem Holzboden und neuen Elektrogeräten komplett neu renoviert. Die Wohnung ist mit Waschmaschine, Spülaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd und Offen ausgestattet. Sie besteht aus fünf Zimmern, 2 Schlaffzimmern, einer Wohnküche, einem Badezimmer und einer Kammer.

The room has a size of 25 sqm. The room is bright with huge windows and fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, sofa with sleep function, tables).
The whole apartment has been completely renovated with a wooden floor and new electrical appliances. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, stove and oven. It consists of five rooms, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a closet.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, in der Mitte zwischen Jannowitzbrücke (2 Minuten zu Fuß) und Alexanderplatz ( 10 Minuten zu Fuß). In unmittelbarer Umgebung findet sich zudem sowohl Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bank, Spätis als auch mehrere Restaurants, Bars und alles was man sonst so braucht.

The apartment is very centrally located, between Jannowitzbrücke (2 min walking) and Alexanderplatz ( 10 min walking). You can easily reach every part of Berlin since all the transportation is very well connected to Alexanderplatz. Near the apartment there are 3 grocery stores, pharmacy, banks, restaurants etc.
Ich ziehe aus Berlin um und suche ab sofort einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer. Du wirst zusammen mit Sonja (27 Jahre alt) wohnen - super tolle Mitbewohnerin. Sie ist sehr freundlich, kocht gerne und ist immer für Gespräch da. Wir sind sehr offen, gesellig und haben vielseitige Interessen. Wir sind auf keinen Fall eine Zweck-WG. Zeit für Ruhe und Privatsphäre muss natürlich auch sein. Aber wir kochen auch gerne mal gemeinsam, trinken einen gemütlichen und lachen gerne zusammen.

I move out from Berlin and search immediately for a new tenant for my room. You will live together with Sonja (27 years old) - great roommate. She is very friendly, likes to cook and is always there for conversation. We are very open, sociable and have many interests. We are by no means a purpose-shared apartment. Time for peace and privacy must of course be there as well. But we also like to cook together, drink glas of wine, coffee or tea and laugh together.
Folgende Unterlagen (Schufa (solicitar ahora) , Mietschuldenfreiheit, Einkommensnachweise) sind vom Vorteil, da alles offiziell mit Meldung bei unserer Hausverwaltung läuft. Untermietvertrag mit uns.
