I’m subletting a spacious 20pm room in my apartment, wooden floors, huge windows with lots of natural light, partly furnished (tell me what you need/dont need/want in there) Anything from 3 to - 6 months.
I'm looking to find a young professional (f/m) who understands my tight schedule, is responsible and reliable, ... the usual :-)
Some details:
- Its a 3BR apartment located in Mitte
- I have a little cat , she’s very shy and super cute. You wont be asked to pet or feed her or else, I take 100% care of her.
- My kitchen is well equipped and beautiful but its not made for excessive cookouts. I personally rather use it as a second living room and I barely ever cook. If you have a huge passion for cooking at home,frying and baking on a daily base, my apartment is not necessarily the perfect choice ;-)

The apartment is located 5 minutes from Alexanderplatz and right by Rosenthaler/Rosa Luxenburgplatz.
Its the backside building and therefore very quiet. No traffic, no tourists its a hidden gem. :-)
I'm a young professional and pretty much always working (either from home or in agencies) and /or traveling.
It would be amazing to find someone with a similar lifestyle, non smoker , laid back person who's cool with my little cat (non allergic) :-)
