The apartment is a recent renovated luxury Loft style apartment on Torstrasse, in the heart of Mitte and the Startup scene. The spacious place features 6 bedrooms of which 5 can be rented out individual basis, combined with the use of community spaces including a large lounge, balcony, open luxury kitchen, screening room - all fully equipped with SONOS and state of the art vintage furnishings and 5 star hotel king beds. Room rates range from 610€-990€ (warm: 850-1290€) per room monthly and include all costs from weekly cleaning, energy, water, to Internet. If interested in a viewing, please contact me via email.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Bestlage in Mitte, Ecke Torstrasse und Chaussestrasse mit zahlreichen Anbindungen in direkter Nähe sowie mitten in einem der besten Kieze der Stadt, dem Scheunenviertel.
Die WG richtet sich in erster Linie an junge Berufstätige, aus Deutschland und aller Welt, die neu nach Berlin gezogen sind. Grundsätzlich steht es allen offen, sich zu bewerben, von Student bis Künstler. Die meisten Bewohner bleiben 3-9 Monate, aber auch kürzere Zeitspannen sind möglich, je nach Absprache.
