Das benachbarte Durchgangszimmer von 20m2 kann mit genutzt werden, z.B als eigenes Wohnzimmer. Beide Zimmer haben direkten Zugang zur Terrasse. Das hier angebotene Schlafzimmer zur privaten Nutzung hat 13m2 und ist mit einer Schiebetür zu verschliessen. Die Schiebetür ist nicht abschliessbar. Mit den Gemeinschaftsräumen (shared areas) beträgt die nutzbare Wohnfläche ca.100m2.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, hat Fußbodenheizung, bodentiefe Fenster und Echtholzparkettfußboden.
Das Zimmer hat folgendes Mobiliar: Doppelbett Queensize (160x200) diverse Kommoden, Vorhänge, Lampen, Flatscreen TV. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, walk-through room, two bathrooms, hall, utility room, patio to the courtyard. The offer here is for one of the bedrooms and a spacious terrace facing into the courtyard. In front of the bedroom is the walk through room (passage room) which can be used too. Both rooms have direct access to the terrace. The offered room has a sliding door and is not lockable.
The privately used area has an area of 46 m2 (the private bed room 13m2, the passage room 20 m2 and 13m2 terrace). The shared area is 54 m2 (hall, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, utility room). So a total of 100 m2.
The apartment is fully furnished, has underfloor heating, floor to ceiling windows and real wood parquet floor.
In the private bedroom are the following furniture: queen size bed (2m x 1,6m), desk, 4 seater, closet, curtains, lamps, flatscreen TV. Direkt im Stadtzentrum (Spittelmarkt), 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn und den Bushaltestellen. 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Alexanderplatz, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Gendarmenmarkt. Supermarkt ist zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, viele Restaurants und Cafes in direkter Umgebung.
Gleich neben dem Supermarkt gibt es einen zweiten Supermarkt (alles Bioprodukte)

Right in the city center (Spittelmarkt), 3 minutes walk to the subway and bus stops. 15 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz, 10 minutes walk to the Gendarmenmarkt. Supermarket is two minutes walk away, many restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity.

Es gibt ein Gemeinschaftszimmer welches als Esszimmer dient und mit der Küche verbunden ist. Die anderen zwei Schlafzimmer werden von Mauritz (German/23) und von Igor (Russian/30) bewohnt.

Parkplätze in den umliegenden Strassen sind nur Sonntags und wochentags nach 18 Uhr kostenfrei.
Während der Woche kostet die Stunde 1€ zwischen 9-18Uhr (Parkuhren).
Aufgrund von Tierhaar Allergie leider keine Haustiere möglich.
