Meine Mitbewohnerin verlässt leider diese Gegend, daher suche ich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Menschen der Lust hat diese wunderschöne Altbau Wohnung mit original Stuck an der Decke mit mir zu teilen! :)
Du bekommst 2 nebeneinander liegende Zimmer (unmöbliert, 15+25m2) und teilst mit mir Küche, Bad und Flur inkl Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Föhn.
Der Vertrag ist ein unbefristeter Untermiete Vertrag mit den 3 Monaten Kündigungsfrist, wie bei meinem auch.
Die 800 enthalten alle Kosten (Strom, Wlan, GEZ, Heizung) wobei inkl ist, dass 2x im Monat jemand kommt der die Grundreinigung für uns übernimmt.
Als PDF wird bei Interesse gebraucht:
- 3 Monate Gehaltsnachweis
- Schufa (solicitar ahora) Score der Max 2 Monate alt ist
- Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung
- Kopie des Ausweis
- Haftpflichtversicherung Nachweis Falls etwas kaputt geht zB Schaden am Parkett

Die Wohnung liegt im Vorderhaus, U6, Ringbahn Wedding und Sbahn Nordbahnhof sind binnen weniger Minuten erreichbar und es gibt verschiedene Supermärkte, Apotheken, DM, Post sowie einen kleinen Park ganz in der Nähe.
Zum Hauptbahnhof brauchst du etwa 11 Minuten. Die Gegend ist sehr sicher (BND um die Ecke ;)) und recht ruhig. Im Rest des Hauses wohnen Familien und Paare.
Als Mitbewohnerin bin ich ruhig, ordentlich, respektvoll und warmherzig. Ich lese viel, höre Podcasts oder male auch ab und zu.
AirBnB oder ähnliche Vermietung des 3. Zimmers ist uns nicht erlaubt, daher suche ich eine Person die beide Zimmer (800€) nutzen möchte. Freund*innen oder Familie zu Besuch sind selbstverständlich willkommen :)
