U8, U2, M8, M10, M1, 12 very close.The apartment is located right in between Rosenthaler Platz, Rosa Luxemburg Platz and Weinmeisterstraße in Gormannstraße, at the corner of Linienstraße in the top floor (4th). All rooms feature old, big and high wooden windows with an impressive view to the Fernsehturm (TV-tower) and a ceiling height of at least 2,90m.You can make fully use of the 20m² kitchen with a gas oven, a Miele G6512 dishwasher, a big fridge and a seperate store room (pantry), the 14m² bathroom with bath tub/ shower and washing machine (Miele), and the walk-in-closet at the end of the 15 meter long corridor.
The room itself is over 25m² big and has a big balcony and a tiled stove (Kachelofen). It is very bright due to it's big windows and comes furnished including a 160cm bed with an almost new matress, a balinese boat wood shelves, a chair, a clothes hanger and lamps. In addition to that premium design furniture (vitra, knoll, alias, system 180) would be available. Note: I just moved in so here and there you can see work in progress and small deficiencies, which all get fixed by professionals/ the housing company within the next weeks. Also no pictures available because the room is a mess right now (someone is moving out). Best stop by and take a look.
