Furnished room available for rent in a 3 room apartment, starting 15th of October.
!!Minimum renting period is 6 months!!
I am moving out of my room mid October and it's available for rent.
The rent is 470€ all included (internet, heating, etc)
The room is furnished witht he following: A desk a chair, a closet and a bed.
The rest that you see in the photos is my own furniture so I'll be taking it with me.
The bed is the one you see in the photos standing agains the wall, I never used it because I had too many furniture of my own and I wanted to still have some empty space in the room, but you should have plenty of space left when I take all my things out.
The Flat is located in Mitte.
It's 4 minutes walking distance away from the Ringbahn Beusselstrasse and TXL bus stop, and around 8 minutes walk from the U9 Birkenstraße.
There is a good variety of shops around Rewe, DM, Rosemann, Penny ..etc around 5-7 minutes away on foot.
There are some nice bars and Coffee shops in the neighborhood as well.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern washmachine.
The roomates are fairly quite and very friendly, they both speak English and some German.
The kaution is 750€ which can be paid in 2 installments.
