Room available from 1st August onward for an indefinite period as my current flatmate is moving out. The room is not furnished so you'll have to bring your own furniture.
The apartment has all the facilities like washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, bath, internet connection, etc.
There is a big living room with a big TV, a great hi-fi setup, couch, etc. The living room has an attached balcony.
All bills are included in the calculation (related to the internet & electricity).
Please note, the room is only for 1 person and not for a couple.
The apartment provides very easy access to U8, U2 and U5 U-Bhan lines and S3,S5,S7,S9 S-Bhan Lines.
The Jannowitzbrücke S+U station is 1 minute walk away from the apartment that provides direct connectivity to the airport and serves the S3,S5,S7,S9 and U8 lines.
The U5 station Schillingstraße and U2 station Klosterstraße are also 5 minutes walk away.
Alexanderplatz is 8 minutes walk away.
I am 32 years old and work in my own startup and have been living in Berlin for more than 7 years now.
I love live music and always go for gigs related to prog, experimental, post-rock, and also do concert photography. I love traveling and playing table football and love to explore offbeat places. My other hobbies include listening to music on the turntable, vinyl hunting, visual art photography, going to meetups, and just being spontaneous. I also play the guitar and currently learning to compose electronic music and frequently go for bike rides/working out in the evening these days.
I am searching for someone with whom I can share and live in the apartment, meaning all expenses and common areas will be shared. And while everyone is entitled to their privacy and own time, it would be nice to share a meal, have conversations or bring friends on the weekend when possible. It also would be great to have some friends on the evening and play board games etc.
