in meiner sehr schönen Wohnung nahe Rosenthaler Platz (Mitte) ist ein 26m2 Zimmer frei. Unmöbliert. Die Wohnung ist 125qm groß und möbliert. Das Wohnzimmer inkl. Küche ist 40qm groß, 13qm Büro. Das Büro (3. Zimmer) würden wir uns teilen. Es kann mit 100€ pro Monat von der Steuer abgesetzt werden.
Ich bin gebürtiger Berliner, arbeite im Marketing, reise viel und spiele Beach Volleyball. Ich suche einen ruhigen und entspannten Mitbewohner*inn, der bestenfalls ähnliche Interessen hat.
