This apartment has 3 rooms, one kitchen and one bathroom. It is located in the district Berlin Mitte between the Schillerpark and Rehberge Park. Enough space for FREE parking is available. With the train you are in 7 minutes in the city centre.
The space
Your stay in Berlin will be an amazing experience. The city has so much to offer and the only things you actually need are:
- a place ready to move in, which does not cost much,
- likeminded flatmates, with whom you want to spend your time with,
- a landlord, who can help you to sort out your registration paperwork,
- and access to the great Berlin public transport
This apartment has 3 rooms, one communal kitchen and one communal bathroom.
1.The room no. 1 is a double bedroom with a size of 13 sqm (occupied).
2.The room no. 2 is a double bedroom and has a size of 17 sqm (free/available).
3.The room no. 3 is also double bedroom and has also a size of 17 sqm (free/available).
The fitted kitchen gives you the possibilities to cook your favourite food and after a long day of sightseeing or working, you can use our bath to relax a little.

You can use the following amenities:

- Iron + Ironing Board
- Washing machine
- Oven

- Dishwasher
The room will be available only for you. The communal kitchen and bathroom will be shared with the other two tenants.
Interaction with guests
We would like to offer Berlin visitors to stay at a convenient and new apartment. We are not present during your stay, but available for you. So you will have the entire apartment for yourself and your flatmates.
Other things to note
As this is a residential area between two parks, there are enough FREE parking facilities available.
This place is available only for long-term stays for full time professionals. We will be helpful with the registration (Anmeldung) process.
House Rules
We are absolutely smoke free (not on the staircase nor in the rooms) so we kindly ask you to respect that. No Parties.
Please respect our nice, new and beautiful apartment, no shoes in the apartment, (except for the entrance). Please be nice to our Wooden floor and try to avoid spilling cola or any other liquids on it.
The Neighborhood
This apartment is located in the quarter Wedding, which is located in the district Mitte.
The apartment is placed just between two parks in a quiet residential and recreation location in the second floor of a front building. A taxi drive from the airport Tegel to the apartment should not cost you more than 10 EUR. The Campus Virchow-Klinikum is around the corner and in the immediate vicinity of the Plötzensee and Rehberge Park, which is just a few steps from the guests often used for recreation, even after a hard day of sightseeing or business.
Getting Around
The walk to the closest train station "U-Bhf Rehberge" is 400 meters. It has a direct city connection, which can be reached within 10 - 15 minutes.
At the main road "Müllerstrasse" you will find countless shopping facilities and restaurants.
It is located in the district Mitte in a quiet neighborhood in between 2 parks. The closest underground station is "Rehberge", which is located 7 minutes walking distance from this flat.
To the south you will find the Schillerpark, which is close to the "Schillerpark-Siedlung der Berliner Moderne". It promotes the heritage and preservation of the Schillerpark estate. The foundation is a member of the German UNESCO World Heritage Sites Association.
