Wir haben ein wunderschönes, möbliertes, Sonnen durchflutetes Zimmer in Berlin Mitte, für eine Person, befristet zu vermieten. Das Zimmer hat 19qm, plus einen Wintergarten mit zusätzlich noch mal 8qm. In dem Wintergarten steht ein kleiner Kühlschrank für privates Essen und Getränke. Alle Fenster gehen von der Decke bis zum Boden. Die ersten Sonnenstrahlen kommen durch das Fenster welches Richtung Osten geht. Die anderen Fenster sind Richtung Süden und Westen ausgerichtet. Der Boden ist aus Holz. Das Bett ist 120cm breit, mit einer neuen Matratze. Du hättest einen Schreibtisch und einen neuen Ledersessel/Sofa.
Du würdest ungefähr 45qm nützen können. Eine hochwertige Küche mit Geschirrspüler und
das Bad, mit Waschmaschine, Dusche und Fußbodenheizung. Die Toilette geht vom Badezimmer ab, und hat eine eigene Tür. Handtücher und Bettwäsche können gestellt werden.
Super sunny furnished rental room for one person (girls only). The room has 19 square meters, plus a winter garden with an additional 8 square meters. In the winter garden there is a small refrigerator for private drinks or food. All windows go from the ceiling to the floor. The first rays of the sun come through the window which faces east. The other windows face south and west with lots of green trees in front of the window. The floor is made of wood. The bed is 120cm wide with a brand new mattress and you would have a desk and a new leather couch. You would be able to use about 45 square meters. A high quality kitchen with dishwasher and the bathroom, with washing machine and shower. The toilet is connected to the bathroom and has its own door. Towels and bed linen can be provided.
Wir sind 7 Minuten von der S-Bahn Station Hackescher Markt und 3 Minuten von der Station Oranienburgerstrasse.
Vor der Tür ist der Monbijoupark mit Fitnesspark, Beachvolleyball, Fußball und Basketball.
We are 7 minutes from the S-Bahn station Hackescher Markt and 3 minutes from station Oranienburgerstrasse.
In front of the house is the Monbijoupark with a fitness park, beach volleyball, football and basketball.
Ich bin nicht Raucher, entspannt, ordentlich aber nicht zwanghaft und ziemlich still und gemütlich. Da ich viel Meditiere, ist es bei uns oft still. Für laute Musik benutzen wir Kopfhörer. Ich arbeite im Kindergarten. Ich stehe so gegen 8 Uhr auf und gehe zirka um 22:00 schlafen. Gerne hab ich es leise nach 22:00.
We are non smokers, relaxed, orderly but not obsessive and quite quiet. Since I meditate a lot, it is often quiet here. For loud music we use headphones. I work in a kindergarten. I get up in the morning around 8:00 and go to bed around 22:00. I really like it quiet after 22:00.
