Das Zimmer ist gemütlich mit einer schönen hohen Decke, etwa 12 qm, möbliert und viel natürliches Licht.
*Ich habe zwei Bilder des Zimmers hochgeladen, leer und aktueller Zustand, mein Mitbewohner wird die Möbel wegnehmen, aber ich kann ein 140er Bett und eine Kommode kaufen, wir können darüber diskutieren.
Die Miete beträgt 600€ alles inklusive.

I'm looking for someone to share my apartment for three months or longer.
The room is cosy with a nice high ceiling, around 12 sqm, furnished and lots of natural light.
*I have uploaded two pictures of the room, empty and current state, my flatmate will take away the furniture but I can buy a 140 bed and chest of drawers, we can discuss about it.
Rent is 600€ bills included.
Deposit of 1200€

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Wedding, direkt unter dem S-Bahnhof Wedding. Die U-Bahn Reinickendorfer Straße und die S-Bahn Humbolthain sind ebenfalls fünf Minuten entfernt. Damit liegt sie direkt an der Grenze zu Mitte.
Die Wohnung selbst liegt im Hinterhof, so dass es meist ruhig ist. Sie ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, also mit warmer Sonne am Nachmittag.
Es ist ein Altbau zum Hof hin im 3. Stock, voll ausgestattete Küche und ein gemeinsames Bad.
Es gibt Netto gleich um die Ecke, einen Aldi und einen Penny fünf Minuten entfernt und einen GoAsia und Kardstadt(Rewe) ebenfalls zehn Minuten entfernt.

The apartment is located in Wedding, right below Wedding S-Bahn station. Reinickendorfer straße U-Bahn and Humbolthain S-Bahn are also five minutes away. Making it situated right in the border with Mitte.
The apartment itself is in the backyard so it is usually quite. Facing south so with warm sunlight during the afternoon.
It is an Altbau facing the courtyard on the 3rd floor, fully equipped kitchen and sharing a bathroom.
There is Netto right around the corner, an Aldi and a Penny five minutes away and a GoAsia and Kardstadt(Rewe) ten minutes away as well.

Ich bin 30 Jahre alt, Portugiesin aus Lissabon und bin Ende 2019 von Lissabon nach Berlin gezogen. Davor habe ich in Porto und Shanghai gelebt.
Ich mag es zu trainieren, Kaffee trinken zu gehen und in Museen zu gehen.
Ich arbeite 2/3 Tage pro Woche von zu Hause aus.
Ich bin ziemlich sauber, also würde ich gerne jemanden finden, der respektvoll sein kann und die Gemeinschaftsräume auch ordentlich und sauber hält.
Aus meinen bisherigen Erfahrungen im Zusammenleben mit anderen Menschen habe ich herausgefunden, dass ich Transparenz und Ehrlichkeit schätze, anstatt alles für mich zu behalten.
