Bright and spacious 25 sqm room with a view to a not busy street. The room has beautiful light coming in during the day and facing the street without ever being noisy. The flat has two floors with two bathrooms. The first half makes the biggest living space with a seperate kitchen, a seperate living room, a little toilet and a balcony. The kitchen also has a seperate sitting area. Second floor you have your room and a bigger bathroom including a bathtub. The balcony gets lots of light, beautiful in summer.
The flat is perfectly located 5 mins away from u8 und u2. Short walking distance to sbahn alexanderplatz and hackescher markt with lots of tram and bus stations.
Very central located surrounded with everything you need from supermarket, späti to various bars and cafes.
Your roommates, Selin and Asli, both in their early 20s, international and both speaking english and german. Currently both are abroad so you’ll have the place to yourself. The flat has an easy flow, everyone has their own thing going on but are very friendly. Feel free to contact me if you are interested can send the photos then. Seeking someone longterm till min October with the oppurtunity of extension.
