- Berufstätig bist, studierst oder zur Schule gehst (also irgendeiner Art von Beschäftigung nachgehst)
- Sauber und vor allem easy going, umgänglich und rücksichtsvoll bist und falls du ein Bedürfnis nach Party oder feiern verspürst, du dies grundsätzlich außerhalb der Wohnung auslebst

>>Zimmer<<

Das Zimmer ist möbliert und mit Blick auf den Fernsehturm der abends in der Sonne leuchted. Von dir unentgeltlich übernommen (da vom Vermieter gestellt) werden: das Bett , der kleine weiße Schreibtisch und der weiße Kleiderschrank. Diese Möblierung ist bereits in der Miete inbegriffen.

Zusätzlich nutzen wir gemeinsam ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und einen Balkon mit fantastischer Aussicht auf einen kleinen Park und natürlich Küche und Bad..

>>Lage<<

Die Lage könnte tatsächlich nicht besser sein: Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt zwischen Mitte und Friedrichshain, zur U-Bahn brauchst du ca. 3 Minuten, S-Bahn und Tram ca. 7 Minuten.
Bis zum Alexanderplatz ist es nur ein Katzensprung, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, der Volkspark Friedrichshain liegt auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt.

In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Netto, Aldi).
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es in der direkten Umgebung der Wohnung wunderbar ruhig. Da wir im obersten Stockwerk wohnen, haben wir vom Balkon aus einen Blick aufs Grüne, wie du in den Fotos sehen kannst, was uns noch zusätzlich Ruhe verschafft.

>>WG-Leben<<

Ich bin Alice (34), Freiberuflerin und WahlBerlinerin. Ich bin gerade dabei mich selbständig zu machen. Ich arbeite als Coach und psychologische Beraterin für Privatpersonen und Unternehmen. Zuhause mag ich es daher gerne ruhig. Ich trinke aber gerne mal das ein oder andere Feierabendbier und bin immer für ein Schwätzchen auf dem Balkon zu haben. .

Sonstiges: Ich bin manchmal sehr in meinen Alltag eingebunden und achte daher die Privatsphäre des jeweils anderen und weiß auch, dass man manchmal einfach Zeit zum Abschalten braucht. Trotzdem möchte ich keine reine Zweck-WG denn es ist mir wichtig, dass es ein harmonisches Miteinander gibt. Aus dem Alter für Party-WG’s bin ich aber raus und die Wohnung ist dafür nicht der richtige Ort. Wenn du gerne feierst und viele Freunde triffst dann solltest du dies bestmöglich draußen tun, denn die Wohnung ist unsere Ruhe Oase.

We have a furnished room with a postcard view to the Fernsehturm. The bed, chair, small desk, closet is provided by the landlord and is included in your rent already.

The apartment has a large lounge for socialising, with a nice balcony and of course a kitchen and a bathroom too..

>>Location<<

The Location is one of the biggest pros of this room: Our apartment is located right between Mitte and Friedrichshain. It’s a 2-minute walk to the subway, and about 7 minutes to S-Bahn or tram.
Alexanderplatz is only a 10-minute walk away, and the Volkspark Friedrichshain is even closer at about 5 minutes on foot.

An Aldi, Edeka and Netto are also located within easy walking distance.
Even though we are in such a central location, the immediate surroundings of the building are very quiet. Our apartment is on the top floor of the building with a lovely view of a little playground and park as you can see in the pictures, which only adds to the calm atmosphere.

I am Alice (34, Freelance) and a so called Wahlberliner and about to get fully started into my self employment. At the moment I am working as a trainer and psychological advisor for companies and individuals both. Hence I prefers a tranquil and chill atmosphere at home..

I can be really busy caught up in my everyday life which is why respect each other’s privacy and do value time to relax and forget the outside world. We have our own freedom and space and try to live together in harmony. We’re not a Party-WG. When you're wanting to rock the night and meet a lot of friend you should do this outside because this apartment is our safe and calm oasis and not the right place for that.
