Our flat itself is 193 sqm big, has lots of daylight and is located on the 6th floor.

4 min from Checkpoint Charlie, the quarter is centrally located in Berlin-Mitte. Here you will find everything for your daily needs and live in the midst of art, history and design combined with the best infrastructure. Potsdamer Platz, Gendarmenmarkt, Friedrichstraße and the boulevard Unter den Linden can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The underground stations Kochstraße (U6) and Stadtmitte (U2) are also just a few minutes away.
We are Clemens, Hannes, Lana and Vig. We are between 27 and 35 years old and are all working in the startup space. Clemens is the founder of a MedTech-startup, Hannes is a freelance data scientist, Lana a blockchain developer, and Vig works at a fintech startup.
In our spare time, we all like to do sports (cycling, running, gym, bouldering, squash), hosting friends for dinner, movies or drinks and enjoy Berlin's bars, cafes, restaurants and clubs. At the same time, we enjoy our individual hobbies like reading, painting or music. Sometimes we host poker nights, and we even went sailing to Greece. Africa Burn next year? At the same time, it's pretty chill before weekday mornings, as we respect each other's work schedules.
As you can tell we are looking for someone who is not just sharing a flat to reduce the bills, but rather enjoys living together and who fits to us.
