Dear People,
In our lovely WG there is a 13m2 room free from 15thSeptember and October. There has been lots of changes in the WG and that is why the room is only available now for two months.
It has direct access to the ca 60m2 roof trace which is shared with 6 different house projects around here.
There is a very big backyard where one can lock their bike safely. The room is very calm with very good and tight windows.
The room is located in 2 mins walking away from U-bahn station Rosenthaler Platz, and the Tram stations are just across the street and therefore is very central. Bio-laden lots of restaurants, kiosks and bars are just outside and around the corner.
as the whole building is safer space FLINTA*, only people who identify with it can move in. (Meaning no cis-man)
The house project has it's own structure. The kitchen is located on the second floor and is shared with a wg from upstairs. Also the bathroom in your floor is shared with them too.
You will be living with Rebekka and Nana. They are both very lovely and caring. Rebekka is currently enjoying her summer in Spain before coming back to work on her way to become a full time therapist.
Nana is currently in Switzerland working in the greens. However the pictures she sent really seems more like being on holiday.
Both of your flatmates are away until second half of September.
In the other WG, there is a tiny family with two kids, meaning that you should not have a problem with that.
