We are looking to sublet one room in our shared flat.
Our 3-person flat is super central, directly in Mitte at Rosa Luxemburg Platz (Subway: U2).
The room is 25 sqm. The entire apartment is approximately 80 sqm. It has a south-facing balcony.
In general, we are looking for someone who is:
- queer
- LGBTIQ+ friendly
- at least 25 years old
- has had plenty of previous shares flat experience
- neither a racist, a homophobe, right wing or a sexist!
Since we will be subletting my room completely furnished, and we - as main tenants - are personally responsible for the flat, it is very important to us that we sublet the room to someone who is dependable and whom we can fully and 100% rely upon. You will be moving in to a fully-furnished apartment, in which all utensils for daily life (e.g., kitchen utensils, washing machine, etc) are shared. It is essential that you are careful and respectful, as well as that you comply with all agreements.
We are looking for someone that has had plenty of shared flat experience, is independent and conscientious of things like cleaning and other house chores. Our ideal sub letter will also be able to be considerate of other at home.
