Ich vermiete mein Zimmer an der Jannowitzbrücke unweit des Alexanderplatzes ab sofort. Ich ziehe aus, da ich mit meiner Freundin eine neue Wohnung beziehe.
Renovierter Plattenbau mit Blick über Berlin. Neunter Stock mit Aufzug. Man ist direkt in der Mitte der Stadt und schnell zwischen den Bezirken Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain und Mitte unterwegs.
Das Zimmer ist aktuell mit quasi neuen, hochwertigen Ikea-Möbeln ausgestattet, die ich in der Wohnung belassen würde (habe das Zimmer das letzte Jahr aufgrund einer Zweitwohnung so gut wie nicht benutzt).
Wohnung hat insgesamt drei Zimmer, kein Wohnzimmer.
Beide Mitbewohner sind berufstätig und Ende 20.

S Bahn Jannowitzbrücke in der Nähe. Ansonsten U Bahn Schillingstraße. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man sehr schnell überall. Auto kann man direkt vor der Tür kostenlos parken.
Beide sehr umgängliche Mitbewohner. Einer ist Arzt, die andere Kunstgeschichtlerin.
