Hi everyone!
Leaving Berlin for December and wanting to sublet my flat, meaning no anmeldung.
Flat is located in Leipziger Straße and therefore in the heart of Berlin. 2 minutes walk from buses and 7min walk to stadtmitte station. Lidl four minutes walking, rewe 9min walking.
I’ll be coming back to Berlin at the end of January but big chances that I will not stay in Berlin and come back until end on June/July.
I’ll be leaving my flat of course empty so you can use put your all your things and will be leaving my projector, PS4 and speakers so looking for someone responsible and that would take care of my things while not here, small but really cozy flat with everything you’ll need to live calmly. I’ll be also leaving a capsule coffee machine and everything you’ll need to cook.
As you can see in the pictures at the moment there are balloons and all over the ceiling and pictures I’ll be taking all that out before you moving in if wanted. Anyone who’s interested pm me and we’ll make it happen!
There are only two rooms in the flat and I live with my brother so you’ll be sharing the flat with him, pretty chill guy speaks four languages and tbf kinda cool guy haha
