I am renting out my beautiful room in my WG from 10th of August to the 21st of August. The apartment is centrally located right next to Hackescher Markt, Weinmeisterstraße and Rosenthaler Platz, right in the beautiful and hip Gallery district. The flat has a modern kitchen, big living room, bathroom and besides this room another room, where usually my roomie Eva lives, who is also travelling right now. Rent includes all amenities including a second screen perfect for home office and a Siebträgermaschine (see pic) for the coffee lovers ;) Our living room comes with a beamer, making it perfect for your cozy home cinema nights. Right underneath our place is our house bar - perfect spot for after work drinks with your friends 🍻

Right next to Gipsdreieck, 3 minutes walk from U8 Weinmeisterstraße and M10, 8 minutes walk to Hakescher Markt or Rosenthaler Platz. The location is really great, perfect for morning walks around Museumsinsel and you can get pretty much anywhere in Berlin within 30 minutes. There are lots of bars, cafes and restaurants around, so you’ll have plenty of options to choose from. There‘s a new Edeka and Rossmann nearby and you can find several smaller shops in the neighbourhood.
Usually my roomie Eva and me are living in this beautiful apartment, but we‘ll be out of town for some travelling and are renting out our rooms in the meantime. So you’ll have one other roomie who you’ll be sharing the apartment with and we’re looking for open-minded people who will take care of our apartment and enjoy their time here while we‘re gone.
The rent is 390€ (warm) for the rental period (12 days).
