- Bright room with 2 large floor-to-ceiling windows looking out onto Friedrichstraße from the 5th floor (double-glassed to reduce noise)

- furnished room with: desk and monitor for home office, 160cm bed, wardrobe, cozy chair
- ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, approx. 6m²
- the open room is "Zimmer 5" from the floorplan and the walk-through passage to "Zimmer 4" has been blocked and is isolated

-directly at U Oranienburger Tor (<1 min walk)
-short walk to S Friedrichstraße (<10 min walk)
-bus/tram (<10 min) or walk (<25 min) to Hauptbahnhof
Food, Leisure and Culture
- plenty of small restaurants, cafes, galleries in immediate vicinity around Auguststraße, Linienstraße and Torstraße

The remaining three roomies are all young professionals working in startup, consultancy and legal consulting. All are working in demanding jobs and value their privacy after a long day of work, but also enjoy sitting together for a casual wine or brunch in our lovely living room, or visiting cultural programs around Berlin.
We are looking for someone who is independent, can take care of common items responsibly, but also enjoys contributing to the flat socially with a positive attitude.
Roomies are German, Brazilian and Russian.
