Das Zimmer ist ruhig, gemütlich und komplett eingerichtet. Es gibt eine große Schrankwand, ein Bett und mehrere Leuchten und große Spiegel. Außerdem kann ein großes Office, ein kleines Homegym, die Küche und das Wohn- und Esszimmer mit benutzt werden. Unsere Mitbewohnerin ist aus London und den ganzen Tag von 9 bis etwa 19 Uhr arbeiten, sodass die ganze wohnung eigentlich fast alleinig vom Untermieter genutzt werden kann. Neben dem Office gibt es auch noch ein sehr großes wohn- und Esszimmer. Durch die Größe von insgesamt 190m2, getrennten Badezimmern und den Arbeitszeiten unserer Mitbewohnerin lebt man praktisch allein in einer riesigen 190m2 Wohnung.
The room is quiet, cozy and fully furnished. There is a large wall unit, a bed and several lights and large mirrors. In addition, a large office, a small home gym, the kitchen and the living and dining room can also be used. Our flatmate is from London and works all day from 9am to about 7pm, so the whole apartment can actually be used almost exclusively by the subtenant. Next to the office there is also a very large living and dining room. Due to the size of a total of 190m2, separate bathrooms and the working hours of our roommate, we practically live alone in a huge 190m2 apartment.
Its right next to Heinrich Heine Straße (u8) and Jannowitzbrücke (S-Bahn)
Its just one room mate, who is super nice and will be working most of the time.
