We’re looking for a new roommate in our 3-room flatshare. We plan to leave one room as communal space/living room so it’ll just be you and Hassan sharing the flat. The building is in a great location with access to Jannowitzbruke sbahn and U-Bahn stations and a 15 minute walk to Alexanderplatz. There’s a Netto and a newly opened Edeka just around the corner.
We appreciate a clean space and stick to a weekly cleaning schedule, sometimes less depending on usage but each person can expect to clean the shared spaces about twice a month.
The room is available for 3-months (Feb. to May) with likelihood to extend. It’s partially furnished and the room’s items (wardrobe, desk, chair, small couch) can be purchased for a one-time fee of €200.
