Starting from the 1st of May I am looking for a new flatmate to share my 3 room apartment in Mitte. The apartment is 110 sqm shared with one more person. It is very close to U-Bahn Rosenthalerplatz and takes only 10 min by feet to S-Bahn Oranienburger Str. Nearby you will find nice cafes, bars and galleries.
The room is 18 sqm. Its furnished with a bed and a mattress, working table, a shelve, a carpet, commode and a wardrobe hanger. Good and friendly atmosphere inside.
And a little bit about myself:
My name is Julija (42). I am a photographer and artist, I work most of the time from home. I speak English, Lithuanian, Polish and a bit German. Home for me is a place where I gain peace from active life/work time, I dont make parties and I keep all my social life outside. I value mutual respect for each others’ privacy and try to keep shared space very clean.
I am searching for someone who is employed, preferably working in the office, also a person who is more or less my age and who appreciates peaceful and clean shared household.
Short-term rentals are preferable (up to 9 months).
I will be very happy if you will choose living with me and sharing a good and easy spirit. Don't hesitate to come over and have some chat via tea.
Rent is 650 Euros all included! (one month deposit)
