Ich vermiete nur 1 Zimmer ( das Zimmer ist weiß gestrichen und hat ein 1,40m x 2,00m Bett sowie einen grossen schrank.
Dein Zimmer geht in den Innenhof und ist ruhig gelegen.
Es hat einen echt Holz Parketboden.
Küchengeräte und Waschmaschine können vollständig mitgenutzt werden, ohne abschlag.
Die Wohung besitzt ein Gäste Wc sowie ein Bad mit Dusche und separter Badewanne.Es gibt ein gemeinsames großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon.
Ich suche nur 1 Mieter (Keine PAARE) zur zwischen Miete außerdem lebe ich in dem anderen, um Missverständnisse auszuschliessen!

It has a wooden floor.

The apartment has a guest toilet and a bathroom with a shower and a separate bathtub. There is a big common living room with a nice balcony
I rent out one room for only one person ( NO COUPLES) and just for that time frame, no permanent person although I'm living in the other room! Avoiding Misunderstandings!

Um die ecke gibt es einen Lidl, sowie mehrer Rewes und diverse kleine Restaurants.
Holmes Place hat zwei fussläufige Studios.
Auch der Potsdamer Platz ist Fussläufig erreichbar, ca 10 min.
